Salon Policy

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments can be made online ONLY deposits are required for all appointments.

We do not accept appointments by phone call, through text e-mail, or social media

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Cilia Lash strives to create a relaxing, professional environment for our clients. We ask that you do not bring children or any additional people with you to your appointment.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours* before your appointment time to avoid a  cancellation fee. If cancelling/rescheduling please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled  appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee and losing your deposite.

* ex. 10:00AM appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance by 10:00AM the previous day, not 9:00AM on the day of the appointment.

A credit card is required to hold appointments at Cilia Lash Extensions & Microblading. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

  • No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.
  • Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.
  • All appointment cancellations must be made with your appointment confirmation in your email where it says change/cancel & or confirmed via telephone. Appointment cancellations through text or email are not accepted.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

  •  Guests arriving over 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and forfeit their deposite, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, you will be charged a  rescheduling fee of a new deposite and the cancellation/ rescheduling policy will come into effect.

REFILLS

We do not perform refill services on work that was not done at Cilia Lash – With the exception of proper application and a 15$ fee added on. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them inspected by one of Cilia Lashes Stylist to ensure they were applied correctly. In the event they were not applied correctly then the lashes must be removed for $25 and you will have to start a new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.

TRAINNG COURSES

All deposits are nonrefundable or transferable NO EXCEPTION! Once you book a training course our education blocks off anywhere from 4-8hrs of her schedule for your training. Students will be responsible for providing their own model which is required for all 1-on-1 courses. All materials are included. If you are more then 15 minutes late then our cancellation policy listed above will be affect.

PAYMENT/GRATUITY

We prefer CASH and all major credit cards, except American Express.

Gratuities are accepted. A 20% gratuity is recommended for any service you have, and tips are genuinely appreciated for the full (pre-discounted) value.

*Cilia Lash reserves the right to modify this Salon Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice on our Site.
